 Project Objectives and Scale

The project aims to achieve the following strategic objectives through the construction of a 500,000-ton annual production line for cold-rolled stainless steel sheets:

Improve my country's independent supply capacity for cold-rolled stainless steel sheets to meet the growing domestic market demand;

Improve the overall technological level of my country's stainless steel industry and promote industrial upgrading;

Optimize the industrial layout, promote regional economic development, and enhance local industrial competitiveness.

The project scale is set to produce 500,000 tons of cold-rolled stainless steel sheets annually, encompassing multiple product lines such as 201, 304, and 316, to meet the needs of various industries and sectors. Furthermore, the project will also include supporting facilities such as warehousing and logistics, quality control, and environmental protection to ensure comprehensive, efficient, and safe operation.


Core Components of the Stainless Steel Cold-Rolled Sheet Production Line

Raw Material Supply and Production Conditions

Raw Material Source: The project's primary raw material is hot-rolled stainless steel sheet, with an annual demand of a specific 10,000-ton level, ensuring a stable supply chain.

Energy and Water Resources: The production line's installed power and annual electricity consumption are high. Process water includes surface treatment water, recycled makeup water, domestic water, and landscaping water. Daily and annual water consumption are calculated based on the number of production days (calculated on a specific day basis). The local water plant has sufficient water supply capacity to meet project needs.

Site Selection and Supporting Facilities: The plant is located on a coastal plain with convenient transportation. The geological conditions meet plant construction standards, and the base provides the basic "three connections and one leveling" infrastructure. Wastewater is treated to meet standards and discharged into the port area's sewage network. Environmental protection, fire protection, and labor safety strictly adhere to the "three simultaneous" system.

Production Process and Technical Collaboration

Process Flow: Based on general industry standards, stainless steel cold-rolled production primarily includes raw material preparation (inspection of stainless steel coils and auxiliary materials), heat treatment (temperature control to ensure rolling quality), rolling (rolling to the desired thickness using different rollers), drawing, and subsequent processing. Technical support: The group will select technical personnel to participate in the construction, entrust a professional design institute to design, and hire domestic experts or equipment providers to train employees and cultivate a production management team.
