Solution-quenched, ultra-thick titanium alloy plate DACC rolling technology: This technology achieved the first TC4 ELI rolling of wide, ultra-thick titanium alloy plate. Through research into key technologies and equipment for DQ and ACC rolling of medium and heavy plate, and by adjusting process routes, cooling modes, roller table parameters, and manifold parameters based on accelerated cooling equipment, highly consistent cooling path control was achieved throughout the entire process of hot rolling and online solution quenching of titanium alloys.

Titanium Alloy Thin Plate Production Process Technology: Addressing challenges in the production process of titanium alloy thin plate (0.4mm-0.6mm). Targeting the material characteristics of titanium alloys, a series of key technologies for the overall process have been developed, including cross-rolling and β-thermal treatment of titanium alloys, independently developed lap rolling and cladding rolling processes, warm rolling of titanium and titanium alloys, and independently developed atmosphere-protected controlled cooling gravity creep correction technology.

Rare earth-reinforced high-temperature titanium alloys: my country's independently developed high-temperature titanium alloys, such as TI60 and TI600, incorporate neodymium to form a Nd-Sn-O-rich rare earth phase, reducing the matrix oxygen content by 30%. After heat exposure at 600°C, the elongation remains above 8%, creep resistance is increased by 40%, and oxidation resistance reaches world-leading levels. By adjusting the aluminum-molybdenum ratio, TC8 titanium alloy can operate stably for over 3,500 hours at 500°C, contributing to a 15% increase in the thrust-to-weight ratio of the C919 large aircraft engine.
